We follow the IICRC Procedure - S520 Standard and Reference Guide for Mold Remediation. The IICRC S520 was written over the course of three years by professional restorers, IHs, medical and public health doctors and lawyers. The IICRC S520 is the industry "standard of care" for performing professional mold remediation.
